I have been a patient with Ärttenzentrum Bäraupark a couple of years now. I am extremely happy with the quality of care that I receive every time that I have to see the the doctor. The doctors and staff are very professional, nice and very accommodating. Recently I became very ill and I was able to see the Dr. Eronat twice in one week. I highly recommended this doctors practice. Also the staff some of the staff does speak English. Thank you so much Ärtezentrum Bäraupark for taking care of me.

I wanted to make an appointment because I was feeling very unwell. They told me to drink tea and take a bottle of water from the bed, but I ended up in the emergency room with poisoning and had to stay there for a week. This isn't a new story; it happened last year. The receptionist, Ms. H, was incredibly unfriendly! And Dr. Herad didn't even examine me properly. He recently gave my friend the wrong pills. He also ended up in the emergency room... I know what you were going to say about the fake account description. I created a fake Etrax account to protect myself! All the doctors and receptionists... you're all not blind, otherwise you wouldn't treat people like that! It's truly awful. Please think carefully about whether you want to go there. I don't want you to end up in the hospital too!! 😡

"Today I went to the health center for a check-up, and as always, I was extremely satisfied with the care provided by Dr. Vedat Eronat. He carefully arranged all the necessary examinations and assessed my health down to the smallest detail. I can ask him any questions – he always takes his time calmly, patiently, and understandingly to give clear answers. This attitude gives me a great sense of security, and I never feel alone during the treatment process. He is not only a doctor, but also a person who truly values his patients. This year was my first time at the Bäraupark Medical Center. I got an appointment quickly due to a sudden middle ear infection and felt well cared for. The doctor also suggested I have my blood work checked, which I thought was a good idea since I hadn't been to the doctor in at least three years. A well-intentioned assistant took the blood sample that had already been drawn that day. However, this wasn't such a good idea, as the middle ear infection also affected other blood values. The two simultaneous appointments also caused confusion with the billing, which resulted in a lot of extra work for both me and the practice team. The practice team was always friendly and helpful, which I greatly appreciated, but I was also billed for the additional work, which I don't think is fair – especially since some of the errors were on the practice team's part. The reason for deducting even more stars, however, is the way the check-up was handled. After having a follow-up appointment for blood work, during which I was also scheduled to see the doctor even though I had asked if the results would be available quickly (the answer was yes), I was very disappointed. This consultation was simply a delaying tactic that I had to pay for. I only wanted the results of my recently drawn blood, but instead, I was asked how I was feeling, and previously discussed blood test results were explained again (some of which even contradicted what I had been told before). Then the doctor even googled what eggs are good for and told me I should google it too. He then wanted to prescribe me medication for blood test results that were already within the normal range. He also asked if he should measure my blood pressure because of dizziness—even though I had never mentioned dizziness and never experience it. And the actual results I was there for weren't even available yet. So, I had to pay for 15 minutes that were completely pointless. This experience was very disappointing and has made me consider switching to a different doctor.
