We've had a Rüegg fireplace installed by "Art of Fire" for two years now. We're absolutely thrilled with the fireplace and the service from the manufacturer, Rüegg. After two years, we had a minor issue with the hood opening. The manufacturer, represented by the sales manager, Mr. Grudnick, came to our home and resolved the problem with two sprays. He also gave us a few helpful tips. All in all, a fantastic service.
