Cela fait maintenant deux ans que nous faisons installer une cheminée Rüegg par "Art of Fire". Nous sommes absolument ravis de la cheminée et du service du fabricant Rüegg. Après deux ans, nous avons eu un problème mineur avec l'ouverture du capot. Le fabricant, représenté par le directeur commercial, M. Grudnick, est venu chez nous et a résolu le problème avec deux sprays. Il nous a également donné quelques conseils utiles. Dans l’ensemble, un service fantastique.
