Perfección de fuego y calidad.
Desde hace dos años la empresa "Art of Fire" nos instala una chimenea Rüegg. Estamos absolutamente encantados con la chimenea y el servicio del fabricante Rüegg. Después de dos años, tuvimos un problema menor con la apertura del capó. El fabricante, representado por el director de ventas, el Sr. Grudnick, vino a nuestra casa y resolvió el problema con dos pulverizaciones. También nos dio algunos consejos útiles. Considerándolo todo, un servicio fantástico.
Outstanding service and excellent workmanship! We had our fireplace glass replaced by Mr. Knauf and are absolutely thrilled with the service. Mr. Knauf was extremely professional and worked very cleanly. The consultation was expert, and the new glass was installed perfectly. Thank you for the technical follow-up regarding spare parts for a RUEGG fireplace. Installation probably done 30 years ago. Without a serial number, after numerous discussions with the Swiss company's technical department, we finally identified the correct parts. Very good follow-up of my request.
I'm absolutely impressed with Ruegg's customer service! I bought a used Sparflam Sigma fireplace and had it shipped to the Philippines. I had several questions about the installation (the local craftsmen here have never seen a fireplace before), which both the customer service and technical service patiently answered. They also sent me all the documentation for the device. It's a pleasure to work with. We're looking forward to the installation and commissioning!
