Unfortunately, it's not possible to give zero stars here. On September 25, 2025, we ordered a replacement engine for a VW T5 for CHF 4,746 and paid on September 26, 2025. The agreed delivery time was 1-2 weeks. On October 6, 2025, Mr. Turchetto confirmed via email that the engine was ready and would be delivered immediately. Unfortunately, it was never delivered. After that, there were many phone calls, many promises, and an extremely arrogant way of dealing with customers. Since the engine still hadn't been delivered after almost three months, on December 10, 2025, we requested a refund. As expected, this never arrived. On January 5, 2026, the friendly Mr. Turchetto informed us that the engine had now been ordered and paid for from a company called Pohl Motorenmeister in Germany. Upon our direct inquiry with the Pohl company, we received an email stating that no order had been received from either Motorland or Mr. Turchetto. This did not surprise us; it merely confirmed our previous experience. Mr. Turchetto filed an objection to our request for a refund. (They collect the prepayment, deliver no goods, and refuse to refund the money.) Now the courts will have to deal with this case.

@ Gueldner Housing Management Cooperative, Neu-Ulm STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Motorland is a broker of engines that come from the Netherlands or other sources. We ordered an engine, but it turned out to be the wrong one. After a long back-and-forth, we were able to return the engine to the factory in the Netherlands. Of course, at our own expense. The factory immediately credited Motorland for the engine. We received documentation from the factory confirming this. To this day, Mr. Turchetto is making excuses as to why he hasn't credited us for the engine, which we paid for immediately. Since October, Mr. Turchetto owes us approximately €5,000. We will now initiate criminal proceedings and debt collection proceedings against him.

Two stars because everything was fine with the first engine delivery, but the second one was/is terrible. We ordered an engine for a Ford Transit, but received one for a Ford Ranger. The factory in the Netherlands wanted us to modify the engine ourselves so it would fit. On August 19, 2025, we informed Motorland that they should take the engine back. Since then (November 21, 2025), we've been endlessly fobbed off and given empty promises. If a call is answered, they immediately promise a callback, which usually never happens. We were eventually promised a date for the refund and pickup of the engine – but nothing has happened. If everything is in order, Motorland is okay – otherwise: steer clear!
