Desafortunadamente, aquí no es posible dar cero estrellas. El 25 de septiembre de 2025 pedimos un motor de repuesto para un VW T5 por 4.746 CHF y pagamos el 26 de septiembre de 2025. El plazo de entrega acordado era de 1 a 2 semanas. El 6 de octubre de 2025, Turchetto confirmó por correo electrónico que el motor estaba listo y sería entregado de inmediato. Lamentablemente nunca fue entregado. Después de eso, hubo muchas llamadas telefónicas, muchas promesas y una forma extremadamente arrogante de tratar con los clientes. Como el motor aún no había sido entregado después de casi tres meses, el 10 de diciembre de 2025 solicitamos un reembolso. Como era de esperar, esto nunca llegó. El 5 de enero de 2026, el amable Sr. Turchetto nos informó que el motor ya había sido encargado y pagado a una empresa llamada Pohl Motorenmeister en Alemania. Tras nuestra consulta directa con la empresa Pohl, recibimos un correo electrónico indicando que no se había recibido ningún pedido ni de Motorland ni del Sr. Turchetto. Esto no nos sorprendió; simplemente confirmó nuestra experiencia anterior. El Sr. Turchetto presentó una objeción a nuestra solicitud de reembolso. (Cobran el pago anticipado, no entregan ningún producto y se niegan a reembolsar el dinero). Ahora los tribunales tendrán que ocuparse de este caso.

@ Gueldner Housing Management Cooperative, Neu-Ulm STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Motorland is a broker of engines that come from the Netherlands or other sources. We ordered an engine, but it turned out to be the wrong one. After a long back-and-forth, we were able to return the engine to the factory in the Netherlands. Of course, at our own expense. The factory immediately credited Motorland for the engine. We received documentation from the factory confirming this. To this day, Mr. Turchetto is making excuses as to why he hasn't credited us for the engine, which we paid for immediately. Since October, Mr. Turchetto owes us approximately €5,000. We will now initiate criminal proceedings and debt collection proceedings against him.

Two stars because everything was fine with the first engine delivery, but the second one was/is terrible. We ordered an engine for a Ford Transit, but received one for a Ford Ranger. The factory in the Netherlands wanted us to modify the engine ourselves so it would fit. On August 19, 2025, we informed Motorland that they should take the engine back. Since then (November 21, 2025), we've been endlessly fobbed off and given empty promises. If a call is answered, they immediately promise a callback, which usually never happens. We were eventually promised a date for the refund and pickup of the engine – but nothing has happened. If everything is in order, Motorland is okay – otherwise: steer clear!
