Nuovi motori di altissima qualità e un servizio eccezionale! Recentemente ho acquistato un motore nuovo di zecca da Motorland GmbH e non potrei essere più soddisfatto dell'intera esperienza. L'azienda è professionale, affidabile e altamente competente. Lo staff ha risposto in modo esaustivo a tutte le mie domande tecniche e mi ha aiutato a scegliere il motore più adatto alle mie esigenze. Il motore è stato consegnato rapidamente, imballato in modo sicuro e pronto per l'installazione. La qualità è eccellente: chiaramente un prodotto nuovo di zecca e ad alte prestazioni. Consiglio vivamente Motorland GmbH a chiunque cerchi nuovi motori o cambi. Ottimo servizio, prodotti eccellenti e un team di cui ti puoi fidare!

Purtroppo qui non è possibile dare zero stelle. Il 25 settembre 2025 abbiamo ordinato un motore sostitutivo per un VW T5 per CHF 4'746 e pagato il 26 settembre 2025. Il tempo di consegna concordato era di 1-2 settimane. Il 6 ottobre 2025 il Sig. Turchetto conferma via email che il motore era pronto e sarebbe stato consegnato immediatamente. Purtroppo non è mai stato consegnato. Dopodiché ci sono state molte telefonate, molte promesse e un modo estremamente arrogante di trattare i clienti. Poiché dopo quasi tre mesi il motore non era ancora stato consegnato, il 10 dicembre 2025 abbiamo richiesto il rimborso. Come previsto, questo non è mai arrivato. Il 5 gennaio 2026 il simpatico signor Turchetto ci informa che il motore è stato ordinato e pagato presso la ditta tedesca Pohl Motorenmeister. Dopo la nostra richiesta diretta alla società Pohl, abbiamo ricevuto un'e-mail in cui si informava che non era stato ricevuto alcun ordine né da Motorland né dal signor Turchetto. Questo non ci ha sorpreso; ha semplicemente confermato la nostra precedente esperienza. Il Sig. Turchetto ha presentato opposizione alla nostra richiesta di rimborso. (Raccolgono il pagamento anticipato, non consegnano la merce e si rifiutano di rimborsare il denaro.) Ora i tribunali dovranno occuparsi di questo caso.

@ Gueldner Housing Management Cooperative, Neu-Ulm STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Motorland is a broker of engines that come from the Netherlands or other sources. We ordered an engine, but it turned out to be the wrong one. After a long back-and-forth, we were able to return the engine to the factory in the Netherlands. Of course, at our own expense. The factory immediately credited Motorland for the engine. We received documentation from the factory confirming this. To this day, Mr. Turchetto is making excuses as to why he hasn't credited us for the engine, which we paid for immediately. Since October, Mr. Turchetto owes us approximately €5,000. We will now initiate criminal proceedings and debt collection proceedings against him.

Two stars because everything was fine with the first engine delivery, but the second one was/is terrible. We ordered an engine for a Ford Transit, but received one for a Ford Ranger. The factory in the Netherlands wanted us to modify the engine ourselves so it would fit. On August 19, 2025, we informed Motorland that they should take the engine back. Since then (November 21, 2025), we've been endlessly fobbed off and given empty promises. If a call is answered, they immediately promise a callback, which usually never happens. We were eventually promised a date for the refund and pickup of the engine – but nothing has happened. If everything is in order, Motorland is okay – otherwise: steer clear!
