The staff here were not friendly at all. From the moment we walked in, they followed us around the store, making us feel uncomfortable, almost like they thought we were going to steal something. Instead of letting us browse, they kept asking what we wanted in a way that didn’t feel welcoming. We ended up leaving because the whole experience felt tense and suffocating. Shopping should feel relaxed, but this place was the opposite. Definitely not a pleasant experience.

I went into the store yesterday, looking for some ski trousers for my son. First impression was I entered someone’s living room, as more people were there having sort of a gathering. I said I want to look around, and they started laughing and impersonating me, all in German like I would not get it. I did not read the reviews prior, and I was ‘welcomed’ with the same attitude everybody describes in other reviews: a lady that followed us around like we were criminals trying to steal from her shop. She blocked access to some parts of the store, and as I was finding my way out another lady came stalling to ensure I am not coming back. Cherry on top was when she asked me if I am from Ukraine, after hearing me and my son talking in our native language. It’s a pitty this place is so well located in kandersteg, I am not sure how they survive and who are they servicing.

We encountered an extremely rude woman at the till when we walked into the store, she asked us “Can I help you?” in a rude and unfriendly manner, we said we just want a look around in which she stated everything can be seen in the shop window. We immediately turned around and left. Don’t understand how this shop is running with that awful uninvitung customer service not letting customers even have a look around the items - I’m not one to leave reviews although it’s shocking we have experienced the same as others 5 years ago after reading the other reviews!

My review isn’t just about your business for which previous ones already say enough. My review is on a personal and human level. After two of you ladies working at the shop witnessed a physical aggression on the street just in front of you the person being hit walked to your shop to ask for your help and you didn’t even look him in the eyes and refused to even speak or assist him when he asked for help. Maybe if you ever read this you will have a little think about your behaviour and lack of compassion and humanity towards another human being. Hopefully you don’t have to go through a situation like that when you are in a country that’s not yours and people refuse to speak to you or even look at you… Your lack of kindness is simply shocking…

Do not walk into this store! The owner is so rude and treated us like common criminals. There was a sign on a vest that said “ Please do not touch” …. How do you expect people to purchase clothing in your store and they aren’t allowed to touch or try it on? As we walked around, she would walk behind us and fix any hangers from clothing that we had looked at and followed us the entire time. She NEVER took her eyes off of us. I would never spend $$ in her store! Horrible experience ! She doesn’t deserve any stars!!
