Unfortunately, my experience with Eurebis was terribly disappointing. My husband had been a loyal customer of the company for many, many years. He died suddenly in December, just a few days after receiving an order of equipment from Eurebis. When we informed the company of my husband's death and, a few weeks later, tried to arrange the return of perfectly good equipment worth several thousand Swiss francs, which we could no longer use because we had to close our studio, the reaction couldn't have been more disappointing and inhumane. The worst part is that no one offered us their condolences, and this after, I repeat, years of loyal business relations. Furthermore, the only solution they offered was for us to drive all the equipment there ourselves, and they would give us 200 Swiss francs in cash for it. Unopened equipment that had been purchased just a few weeks earlier, which Eurebis would, of course, resell at the original price. We found this downright insulting, told them about our disappointment, and they didn't even bother to reply.
