disgusting company sent all of my books seperately and missed 3 weeks worth of school learning because they cant do their jobs right

I'd rather give zero stars; even one star is too much for this lousy service. The customer service leaves much to be desired. It took four attempts (or rather, four deliveries) before the ordered books finally arrived correctly. This company is clearly incapable of packing the books correctly and completely according to the order. Incomprehensible and infuriating!

We still haven't received the textbooks for our daughter, which we ordered online on August 1st, 2024 (vocational school starts tomorrow!!!!). They said that if you order the books before August 5th, they will be delivered on time. Emails aren't being answered and phone calls aren't being answered! It's always just the answering machine! I'm simply speechless!! I'm at a loss for words!! It's unbelievable that they're allowed to call themselves an educational service! They have uneducated and unqualified staff!!! And we're dependent on them, since you can't get the books anywhere else… Outrageous! My daughter has to start school tomorrow without textbooks! I hope the teachers believe her when she says the educational service is to blame!

I would like to share a different experience than everyone else here. However, it seems to me that this group of people has come together who don't understand what they're doing. Like many others here, I ordered the books at the end of July. Perhaps I was being optimistic, had I not been assured that all orders placed before August 3rd would arrive in time for the start of school on August 12th. On August 20th, a package was at my door, but unfortunately, it wasn't complete. The delivery note had a sticker on it saying "Missing titles will be delivered later." No one seems to know when they will arrive. Let's see how far we can get at the school without the necessary books. After countless unanswered calls and emails that apparently aren't being processed, I guess all that's left for me to do is go to church on Sundays and pray. The expertise of several employees here would probably be better placed at the church, where they don't differentiate between August and December anyway.

I ordered my learning materials for the upcoming school year about a month ago. Last week, I tried to contact them by phone over 20 times, but unfortunately, no one ever answered, and they were too good to call me back. Instead, they were able to leave work 20 minutes early... I don't think I even need to try contacting them by email, as I'm sure I won't get a response. I've had problems with this incompetent company every year during my apprenticeship and now again during my vocational baccalaureate. It's not like I'm the only one with these problems; in fact, I don't know anyone who hasn't had problems receiving their learning materials. And when the materials finally arrived, they were never complete; something was always missing. It's a miracle this place hasn't gone bankrupt yet.

What a rip-off company, and targeting students/schoolchildren, no less! They supposedly send things even though they didn't. I send them back, and they supposedly only receive half... in one package... Endless emails, phone calls, but all to no avail... Strangely enough, I'm not the only one. They should really clean up their office. 😝👎 I even offered a compromise! Simply a pathetic company.
