The opening hours on Saturdays, until 5 pm, are rather short. It's good that they've implemented the option of paying with cash, although this change comes too late for me personally, as I've already done my shopping elsewhere.

I've visited the store in Dietikon several times now. The customer service and advice I received there have always been excellent. I was able to test my intended use directly with demo units. I wasn't pressured to buy anything, which was definitely a plus. My questions were also answered competently and professionally, even though I initially only had a used power station and hadn't shown any interest in buying new. In addition, I received several instances of goodwill gestures from the store.

Fast delivery but no after-sales service whatsoever. Despite filling out a contact form in French on the day of the order, making six unanswered phone calls over two days, and sending an email in German, the order was placed on June 14, 2025, and it's now July 2, 2025, and I still haven't received a response! I find this very disappointing, especially considering the brand's otherwise good reputation.
