Today I had the pleasure of visiting Restaurant Eisee, and I was absolutely delighted. The food is outstanding, fresh, and prepared with evident care. The clear concept of offering high-quality dishes using regional suppliers is particularly impressive: honest, authentic, and of the highest quality. The service is exceptionally friendly, attentive, and, of course, warm – exactly what you would expect in a mountain restaurant. This restaurant sets a new standard. Several other restaurants in the Sörenberg ski area could take a page out of Eisee's book. Thank you for the wonderful experience – keep up the great work!
