Ayer había 10 personas esperando para ver la propiedad en Hindelbank. La propiedad ya estaba alquilada y nadie nos dijo. Cancelan la cita 7 minutos antes cuando ya estaban todos esperando. no Empresa profesional. 0 estrellas.
No está bien cancelar la cita el mismo día en que debía realizarse. Al menos tenga un respeto básico por sus solicitantes.

Beware, anyone considering dealing with Privera: stay away! This management company is extremely incompetent, unreliable, and unfriendly. Since moving in in February 2024, I was promised that defects in the apartment would be fixed – two years later, nothing has happened. Since submitting my notice of termination, I have repeatedly asked for confirmation that it has been received. No confirmation, no callback, no sign of life. The responsible woman was never reachable by phone; callbacks were promised – but never came. I have to vacate the apartment on March 1st and still have no information on whether my notice of termination has even been received. In short: Anyone hoping for professionalism, friendliness, and reliability will be bitterly disappointed. Absolute warning: stay away from Privera.
