Hier, 10 personnes attendaient la visite d'une propriété à Hindelbank. La propriété était déjà louée et personne ne nous l’a dit. Ils annulent le rendez-vous 7 minutes avant alors que tout le monde attend déjà. Non Entreprise professionnelle. 0 étoiles.
Il n’est pas acceptable d’annuler le rendez-vous le jour même où il devrait avoir lieu. Ayez au moins un certain respect fondamental pour vos candidats.

Beware, anyone considering dealing with Privera: stay away! This management company is extremely incompetent, unreliable, and unfriendly. Since moving in in February 2024, I was promised that defects in the apartment would be fixed – two years later, nothing has happened. Since submitting my notice of termination, I have repeatedly asked for confirmation that it has been received. No confirmation, no callback, no sign of life. The responsible woman was never reachable by phone; callbacks were promised – but never came. I have to vacate the apartment on March 1st and still have no information on whether my notice of termination has even been received. In short: Anyone hoping for professionalism, friendliness, and reliability will be bitterly disappointed. Absolute warning: stay away from Privera.
