Ieri 10 persone aspettavano per visionare l'immobile a Hindelbank. La proprietà era già affittata e nessuno ce lo ha detto. Annullano l'appuntamento 7 minuti prima quando tutti già aspettano. No Azienda professionale. 0 stelle.
Non va bene cancellare l'appuntamento lo stesso giorno in cui dovrebbe aver luogo. Almeno abbi un minimo di rispetto per i tuoi candidati.

Beware, anyone considering dealing with Privera: stay away! This management company is extremely incompetent, unreliable, and unfriendly. Since moving in in February 2024, I was promised that defects in the apartment would be fixed – two years later, nothing has happened. Since submitting my notice of termination, I have repeatedly asked for confirmation that it has been received. No confirmation, no callback, no sign of life. The responsible woman was never reachable by phone; callbacks were promised – but never came. I have to vacate the apartment on March 1st and still have no information on whether my notice of termination has even been received. In short: Anyone hoping for professionalism, friendliness, and reliability will be bitterly disappointed. Absolute warning: stay away from Privera.
