Teníamos muchas ganas de relajarnos en la terraza del restaurante después de un largo paseo en bicicleta, pero desafortunadamente la experiencia estuvo lejos de ser acogedora. Nos sentamos en una mesa vacía, sin saber que el restaurante estaba lleno: había varias mesas desocupadas y ningún letrero indicaba lo contrario. Además, era más tarde y la hora del almuerzo claramente había terminado. En lugar de informarnos cortésmente sobre la situación de la reserva, la camarera nos regañó por sentarnos en una mesa que no había sido despejada. Fue una respuesta innecesariamente dura, especialmente considerando que simplemente no nos dábamos cuenta. Después de esa interacción, nadie regresó para informarnos si podíamos quedarnos, por lo que finalmente nos fuimos sintiéndonos decepcionados y no bienvenidos. Es una verdadera lástima, ya que el lugar es hermoso. Un simple cartel de "Espere a sentarse" podría haber evitado todo esto. Lamentablemente, según esta experiencia, no regresaremos.
Paramos allí con la familia por dos noches de camino a Italia. Fantástica ubicación con vista a la montaña Pilatus, equipo amigable que ayudó con todas nuestras solicitudes, comida deliciosa y el ambiente agradable y tranquilo de los Alpes suizos. Intentaremos venir aquí por más tiempo la próxima vez.
"la primera vez te atascas, la segunda te acostumbras pero a la tercera ya vives aquí"... esto es lo que me dijo el gerente del hotel durante el check in cuando expresé mi asombro por el camino de acceso que conduce al hotel…
We went to this restaurant with a tour and it was absolutely exceptional! The location, the views, the service, the food!! All of it was top-notch! I would highly highly recommend this restaurant to anyone traveling in the area. The chicken was some of the best chicken I've ever tasted, the salad was delicious, and the dessert was huge and incredible!
Nice place with a restaurant with some good meals. We managed to get there through the narrow path even with our big van for 9 people. Nearby the lake. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is payed parking next to the hotel.
In August 2024 we spent six nights in this Hotel. Location is awesome. Great views from the terrace, beautiful sunset. There is a small garden at the lake shore where we enjoyed swimming - and the silence. The restaurant serves very good food, staff is friendly and helpful. There are two boat stations in 5 mins and 20 mins walking distance which is great for trips to Lucern and Alpnachstad. There is a railway to Bürgenstock Resort. I highly recommend the Felsenweg. We will come back…
