Non vedevamo davvero l'ora di rilassarci sulla terrazza del ristorante dopo un lungo giro in bicicletta, ma sfortunatamente l'esperienza è stata tutt'altro che accogliente. Ci siamo seduti a un tavolo vuoto, ignari che il ristorante era al completo: c'erano diversi tavoli liberi e nessuna segnaletica indicava diversamente. Inoltre era pomeriggio inoltrato e la fretta del pranzo era chiaramente finita. Invece di informarci educatamente sulla situazione della prenotazione, la cameriera ci ha rimproverato di esserci seduti a un tavolo che non era stato sparecchiato. È stata una risposta inutilmente dura, soprattutto considerando che eravamo semplicemente inconsapevoli. Dopo quell'interazione, nessuno è tornato per farci sapere se potevamo restare, quindi alla fine ce ne siamo sentiti delusi e sgraditi. È un vero peccato, perché la posizione è bellissima. Un semplice cartello “Attendere per sedersi” avrebbe potuto evitare tutto questo. Purtroppo, sulla base di questa esperienza, non torneremo
Ci siamo fermati lì con la famiglia per due notti mentre andavamo in Italia. Posizione fantastica con vista sul monte Pilatus, team amichevole che ci ha aiutato con tutte le nostre richieste, cibo delizioso e la piacevole atmosfera tranquilla delle Alpi svizzere. La prossima volta proveremo a venire qui più a lungo.
"la prima volta rimani soffocato, la seconda ti abitui ma alla terza vivi già qui" ... questo è quello che mi ha detto il direttore dell'hotel durante il check in quando esprimo la mia meraviglia sulla strada di accesso che porta all'hotel…
We went to this restaurant with a tour and it was absolutely exceptional! The location, the views, the service, the food!! All of it was top-notch! I would highly highly recommend this restaurant to anyone traveling in the area. The chicken was some of the best chicken I've ever tasted, the salad was delicious, and the dessert was huge and incredible!
Nice place with a restaurant with some good meals. We managed to get there through the narrow path even with our big van for 9 people. Nearby the lake. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is payed parking next to the hotel.
In August 2024 we spent six nights in this Hotel. Location is awesome. Great views from the terrace, beautiful sunset. There is a small garden at the lake shore where we enjoyed swimming - and the silence. The restaurant serves very good food, staff is friendly and helpful. There are two boat stations in 5 mins and 20 mins walking distance which is great for trips to Lucern and Alpnachstad. There is a railway to Bürgenstock Resort. I highly recommend the Felsenweg. We will come back…
