No malgastes tu dinero con ellos. Les compré algunas cosas en su sitio web del Reino Unido y cuando escribí sobre la mala calidad de su sartén de cerámica antiadherente, no recibí respuesta después de muchos recordatorios por correo electrónico. Llevé esto a la sede suiza, pero nadie respondió. Qué vergüenza por engañar a los clientes y brindar un servicio al cliente inexistente.

Productos de basura. Los tengo @ jumbo. Supuestamente fabricado con alta calidad, pero en realidad fabricado en China. Vergonzosa exhibición. Realmente fingen que es de fabricación alemana o suiza, pero incluso eso ya no significa mucho si en realidad no es de un alemán.

Las ollas y sartenes de Kuhn Rikon son de alta calidad, duraderas y absolutamente convincentes en el uso diario. La mano de obra, los materiales y los resultados de cocción son de primera categoría: realmente se puede sentir la experiencia y la calidad de la marca. Lamentablemente, no puedo decir lo mismo de la escala. Si bien la idea de la dinamo y la manivela pretende ser sostenible, en la práctica es muy engorrosa y poco práctica para el uso diario. La función de tara es particularmente problemática: es casi imposible poner la báscula a cero correctamente. Esto hace que el pesaje sea innecesariamente complicado e inexacto.

The ceramic pan lost its non-stick properties after 6 months and warped. Because of the warping, the oil unfortunately runs to the edges, causing everything to stick. The pan was only ever hand-washed. After sending it in for repair, I was told this is perfectly normal. Poor quality compared to, for example, Fessler.

I ordered the children's kitchen products for my granddaughter. Fantastic! The colored paring knives for my kitchen are also great; there's nothing better. Kuhn Rikon is simply excellent. The delivery was incredibly fast, and I was especially pleased with the recipe booklet by Meta Hiltebrand.

Very friendly and courteous service, but every time I visit the factory shop I'm increasingly disappointed with the brand (much of the items in my kitchen are from Kuhn Rikon). A huge amount is made in China (I have the feeling this is getting more and more common). Once, when I was being served a coated frying pan, the employee immediately pointed me to the Chinese product (otherwise, the service was top-notch). This gave me the impression that the margins on Chinese products are better, and that the staff are therefore instructed to sell more of these products. More and more, I miss the professional pride Kuhn Rikon takes in being able to manufacture and sell their own pans.
