Ho acquistato alcuni articoli dal loro sito Web nel Regno Unito e quando ho scritto della scarsa qualità della loro padella in ceramica antiaderente, nessuna risposta dopo molti promemoria via e-mail. Le pentole e le padelle Kuhn Rikon sono di alta qualità, durevoli e assolutamente convincenti nell'uso quotidiano. La lavorazione, i materiali e i risultati di cottura sono di prim'ordine: puoi davvero sentire l'esperienza e la qualità del marchio. Purtroppo non posso dire lo stesso della scala. Sebbene l'idea della dinamo e della manovella sia pensata per essere sostenibile, in pratica è molto ingombrante e poco pratica per l'uso quotidiano. La funzione tara è particolarmente problematica: è quasi impossibile azzerare correttamente la bilancia. Ciò rende la pesatura inutilmente complicata e imprecisa.

The ceramic pan lost its non-stick properties after 6 months and warped. Because of the warping, the oil unfortunately runs to the edges, causing everything to stick. The pan was only ever hand-washed. After sending it in for repair, I was told this is perfectly normal. Poor quality compared to, for example, Fessler.

I ordered the children's kitchen products for my granddaughter. Fantastic! The colored paring knives for my kitchen are also great; there's nothing better. Kuhn Rikon is simply excellent. The delivery was incredibly fast, and I was especially pleased with the recipe booklet by Meta Hiltebrand.

Very friendly and courteous service, but every time I visit the factory shop I'm increasingly disappointed with the brand (much of the items in my kitchen are from Kuhn Rikon). A huge amount is made in China (I have the feeling this is getting more and more common). Once, when I was being served a coated frying pan, the employee immediately pointed me to the Chinese product (otherwise, the service was top-notch). This gave me the impression that the margins on Chinese products are better, and that the staff are therefore instructed to sell more of these products. More and more, I miss the professional pride Kuhn Rikon takes in being able to manufacture and sell their own pans.
