El mostrador de atención al cliente empresarial es un servicio útil para los propietarios de empresas. Rara vez visito la oficina de correos y la experiencia no siempre es la misma. Por eso me alegré aún más cuando el viernes pasado la señora del mostrador tramitó mi queja de forma rápida y justa.
Several times, packages have simply been left for us (labeled to warn that the contents must not get cold) without even ringing the bell. We often order in such a way that we stay home when the package arrives. Why can't they just ring the bell briefly to signal that the items have arrived?!
On September 13, 2025, at approximately 10:50 a.m., I had a very unpleasant experience at the PostFinance branch in Unterägeri. As I was sending a suitcase within Switzerland for the first time, I politely asked for assistance, as I wasn't exactly sure how the process worked. Unfortunately, the employee was extremely rude, loud, and unhelpful. She also told me she was closing, even though there were still about 10 minutes until the official closing time, which caused me additional stress.
This is the second time they haven't rung the doorbell to deliver a registered package containing urgently needed medication. Another collection notice was left in the mailbox. The dog barks loudly whenever someone rings the doorbell. Absolutely unacceptable!
