Personnel lent et hostile, les lettres disparaissent, horaires d'ouverture épouvantables. Je déteste y aller mais je n'ai pas d'autre choix.
Impossible pour les actifs de respecter les horaires d'ouverture imposés de 9h00 à 12h00 et de 14h00 à 18h00
Le comptoir du service client entreprise est un service utile pour les propriétaires d’entreprise. Je visite rarement le bureau de poste et l'expérience n'est pas toujours la même. J'ai donc été d'autant plus heureux que ma plainte ait été traitée rapidement et équitablement par la dame au comptoir vendredi dernier.
Several times, packages have simply been left for us (labeled to warn that the contents must not get cold) without even ringing the bell. We often order in such a way that we stay home when the package arrives. Why can't they just ring the bell briefly to signal that the items have arrived?!
On September 13, 2025, at approximately 10:50 a.m., I had a very unpleasant experience at the PostFinance branch in Unterägeri. As I was sending a suitcase within Switzerland for the first time, I politely asked for assistance, as I wasn't exactly sure how the process worked. Unfortunately, the employee was extremely rude, loud, and unhelpful. She also told me she was closing, even though there were still about 10 minutes until the official closing time, which caused me additional stress.
This is the second time they haven't rung the doorbell to deliver a registered package containing urgently needed medication. Another collection notice was left in the mailbox. The dog barks loudly whenever someone rings the doorbell. Absolutely unacceptable!
