Personale lento e scortese, le lettere scompaiono, orari di apertura terribili. Odio andarci ma non ho altra scelta.
Impossibile per i lavoratori rispettare gli orari di apertura imposti dalle 9:00 alle 12:00 e dalle 14:00 alle 18:00
Lo sportello del servizio clienti aziendali è un servizio utile per gli imprenditori. Visito raramente l'ufficio postale e l'esperienza non è sempre la stessa. Quindi sono stato ancora più contento quando il mio reclamo è stato gestito in modo rapido e corretto dalla signora allo sportello venerdì scorso.
Several times, packages have simply been left for us (labeled to warn that the contents must not get cold) without even ringing the bell. We often order in such a way that we stay home when the package arrives. Why can't they just ring the bell briefly to signal that the items have arrived?!
On September 13, 2025, at approximately 10:50 a.m., I had a very unpleasant experience at the PostFinance branch in Unterägeri. As I was sending a suitcase within Switzerland for the first time, I politely asked for assistance, as I wasn't exactly sure how the process worked. Unfortunately, the employee was extremely rude, loud, and unhelpful. She also told me she was closing, even though there were still about 10 minutes until the official closing time, which caused me additional stress.
This is the second time they haven't rung the doorbell to deliver a registered package containing urgently needed medication. Another collection notice was left in the mailbox. The dog barks loudly whenever someone rings the doorbell. Absolutely unacceptable!
