Strandbad & Camping — Schoren, 3807 Iseltwald, Switzerland

Le camping le plus parfait que vous puissiez espérer en Suisse. Nous y avons passé un merveilleux moment. La vue était parfaite, les installations étaient très propres. La taille de l'emplacement est plus petite que celle des autres sites mais est compensée en termes d'emplacement et de qualité de service. Les propriétaires et le personnel étaient très gentils et attentionnés. L'emplacement du parking est assez bon (vous ne pouvez pas vous garer sur l'emplacement car il est petit et sur une colline). Mais de toute façon, le parking est littéralement à 10 pas de votre emplacement de tente, donc cela n'a pas beaucoup d'importance.

Nous savions que c’était un petit camping mais nous ne nous attendions pas à ce qu’il soit si petit. Aucun espace entre les tentes. Les installations sont maintenues propres mais vous ne pouvez pas accéder aux douches tôt le matin car elles sont fermées et vous ne pouvez utiliser qu'une seule toilette. Pas d'eau chaude pour la vaisselle également. Du bon côté, l'emplacement est magnifique et l'espace du lido est magnifique. Le personnel est sympathique.

Paradis sur terre 🤩, voyager peut être écrasant et cet endroit nous a rappelé de ralentir, de nous détendre et de profiter du moment présent. Iseltwald lui-même pourrait être occupé, mais à quelques mètres de là, cet hébergement en camping/tonneau était parfait pour se connecter avec la nature tout en fournissant tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Nous avons rencontré Marius et son équipe. Très gentil et ils sont prêts à aider. Un des endroits dont nous nous souviendrons toujours ❤️

Very small campsite for smaller tents. All 9 pitches have an incredible view. Staff here are very friendly. The facilities are very clean and spacious. The bar serves great cocktails and beer too. Very glad we changed our plans and stayed here! Just incredible.

We stayed in one of the barrel houses, which was quite comfortable! It got pretty hot during the day though, but we slept with the door open and that was fine. The location is perfect, right on the water. I am giving 3 stars though because some of the employees were up until 2am playing music and talking loudly to the point it could be heard up in the campground, which I found disappointing for a Wednesday night. It woke me up and I walked down to try to ask them to keep it down, but the entrance to the bistro was closed and I could not walk in. I would expect campground employees to be more considerate of noise

My partner and I stayed at this campsite in the barrel accommodation. Firstly the location of the small campsite is perfect, with serene views of the lake. The barrel had enough space for two people and good storage, as well as a small outdoor garden space. The staff were friendly and attentive. Overall a great stay and would recommend. However, something to bare in mind is that on the days we were there (mid July) the barrel got very hot during the day and can’t be aired out without having door wide open, but cooled down quickly in the evening. The pillows were also really uncomfortable, however the bed and duvet were okay. Additionally, having only one toilet accessible to the campsite out of hours was frustrating. We do also wish the cafe catered more for a wider range of dietary requirements i.e. vegetarian or vegan.
