Tous les hôtels de ce niveau commencent à fusionner, mais la chambre de notre véranda privée était absolument exceptionnelle ! 11 étoiles sur 10 rien que pour la vue. La chambre était confortable. La salle de bain était meilleure que prévu et le buffet du petit-déjeuner était presque écrasant.

Love, love, love Switzerland! From start to finish it was an unforgettable experience. The hotel was absolutely amazing—spotless, stylish, and comfortable with every detail thoughtfully taken care of. The restaurant was just as impressive, serving incredible food with top-notch service. The whole place had such a warm, inviting vibe that instantly made us feel at home. The service was disappointing, with limited staff and no assistance available for luggage. Cleaning and spa services were restricted to specific times or days, which was inconvenient. However, the rooms were beautifully designed with stunning lake views. The location is quite distant from major attractions, so having a car is essential for convenience.
