All hotels at this level start to merge together, but the room from our private porch was absolutely outstanding! 11 out of 10 stars for the view alone. The room was comfortable. The bathroom was better than expected and the breakfast buffet was almost overwhelming.

Love, love, love Switzerland! From start to finish it was an unforgettable experience. The hotel was absolutely amazing—spotless, stylish, and comfortable with every detail thoughtfully taken care of. The restaurant was just as impressive, serving incredible food with top-notch service. The whole place had such a warm, inviting vibe that instantly made us feel at home. The service was disappointing, with limited staff and no assistance available for luggage. Cleaning and spa services were restricted to specific times or days, which was inconvenient. However, the rooms were beautifully designed with stunning lake views. The location is quite distant from major attractions, so having a car is essential for convenience.
