Tutti gli hotel di questo livello iniziano a fondersi insieme, ma la camera dalla nostra veranda privata era assolutamente eccezionale! 11 stelle su 10 solo per la vista. La stanza era confortevole. Il bagno era migliore del previsto e la colazione a buffet era quasi travolgente.

Love, love, love Switzerland! From start to finish it was an unforgettable experience. The hotel was absolutely amazing—spotless, stylish, and comfortable with every detail thoughtfully taken care of. The restaurant was just as impressive, serving incredible food with top-notch service. The whole place had such a warm, inviting vibe that instantly made us feel at home. On top of it all, the people we met were beautiful inside and out—kind, welcoming, and genuinely wonderful. The service was disappointing, with limited staff and no assistance available for luggage. Cleaning and spa services were restricted to specific times or days, which was inconvenient. However, the rooms were beautifully designed with stunning lake views. The location is quite distant from major attractions, so having a car is essential for convenience.
