Ich mag den Ort und das Zimmer hier. Aber leider. Es gibt viele Kinder. Es gab ein Problem im Zimmer oben, die Kinder spielten und rannten den ganzen Tag und bis in die Nacht laut. Das stampfende Geräusch ist jeden Tag schrecklich. Und dieser Raum ist nicht sehr schallisoliert. Ich habe in der Wohnung angerufen. Sie sagten nur, sie würden es ihnen sagen, aber sie konnten nichts garantieren. Weil es bis 21:00 Uhr laut sein kann. Und hier sind fast alle Inder. Kultur oder Erziehung können unterschiedlich sein. Natürlich habe ich keine Problemkinder oder solche, aber in Wohnungen sollte es strengere Regeln geben. Disziplin im Zusammenleben Ich denke, das ist mein Fehler, ich hätte es zuerst sorgfältig prüfen sollen. Ich werde bestimmte Gerüche und Schrei- und Stampfgeräusche noch zwei Monate lang ertragen müssen. Ich hoffe, diese Nachricht ist hilfreich.

Bauarbeiten am Gebäude durchführen (bereits seit 3,5 Monaten), ohne potenzielle Mieter vor Vertragsunterzeichnung mit ihnen darüber zu informieren. Liebe City Stay Apartments, bitte lesen Sie mit Verständnis. Ich habe nur einen Satz mit nicht ausgefeiltem Wortschatz geschrieben. Ich gebe Ihnen einen Hinweis. Das Schlüsselwort hier ist PRIOR. Ich habe im Mai den Vertrag unterschrieben und bin im Juni umgezogen. Informationen zu den Bauarbeiten erhalten Sie 1-2 Wochen vor dem eigentlichen Baubeginn. Das Wort PRIOR bedeutet in diesem Fall, die Mieter im Mai zu informieren. Seit Juni haben Sie in allen Wohnungen Fenster ausgetauscht, Türen ausgetauscht und im Keller laufen laufende Renovierungen. Diese Woche haben Sie mit dem Abriss der Treppe zum Haupteingang begonnen. Ich würde mich sehr darüber freuen, zu erfahren, wo genau Sie diese Informationen in meinen Vertrag aufgenommen haben. Es liegt günstig in der Nähe der Bushaltestelle Brandbachstrasse und des Bahnhofs Dietlikon, ist sauber und ordentlich, geräumig genug, verfügt über alle notwendigen Grundeinrichtungen und befindet sich in der Nähe eines großen Coop im Dietlikon Center sowie eines Ikea. Es liegt direkt am Altbach, der eine ruhige Umgebung bietet und nur wenige hundert Meter vom Wald entfernt liegt. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr herzlich und helfen schnell weiter. Ich kann dieses Hotel wärmstens empfehlen für diejenigen, die in Brüttisellen und Dietlikon übernachten möchten.

I was living with my boyfriend at Ringstrasse apartment, Brüttisellen. We were looking for the apartment in May, to come here in June. It was pretty complicated to get all the information about the apartment - but as we did not have a really big budget we did not have any other option, so we chose to rent from City Stay. First of all what they did - they did not tell ANY SINGLE WORD about the ongoing reconstruction work even though they knew that we will be staying at least 3 months there. They gave us the price as usual, asked for the deposit - and no words about the reconstruction, absolutely pathetic. They started to do complete renovation as of June and they should have finished only around November - it was during ALL our stay and we were not informed about it. If we would have known the apartment is under construction - THERE IS NO CHANCE WE WOULD HAVE RENTED IT. This is why they did not tell anything - because they wanted our money to cover the costs of apartments even during the renovation. The renovation was full - painting walls from the outside (we had to stay with closed windows because of that reconstruction on the hottest days during summer!!), changing doors, windows, repairing front entrance and all the basement. We heard drilling, huge smell and other stuff a lot of days. Zero understanding about good customer service and good business. Second of all, when we were already checked out in the end of October - we had to fight to get our deposit back. I called them to ask what is the situation, when they will do the transfer - the lady Anna Hermann was rude and said our pans were left very dirty so we have to pay for it, because of those pans she even threatened me that we will most likely not get ANY of our 2000 CHF deposit back.. Seriously? In the end they paid us out part of our deposit back (they charged us for the pans and extra cleaning) so I don’t understand why she was threatening me that we will not get any of it.. Also, they charged us for the pans and extra cleaning with fixing price just by email - when I asked them to send me an official invoice stating for what we have been charged - turns out the amount was wrong and they owed us 29 CHF!! They miscalculated and did not even bothered to do anything until I asked an official invoice.. So pathetic once again. Also, during our stay when after hard week I had a day off on Friday and wanted to rest and sleep - drillings came out around 7:30 in the morning as always!! I was so angry and so desperate so I called them almost crying to ask them to pay us a refund of all our staying because this situation is so ridiculous... They agreed to pay us 200 CHF refund of each month we stayed which is almost nothing comparing to the real cost which is above 2200 CHF per month... I have so much disrespect to this company it is even hard to describe.. All in all, I just simply would NOT RECOMMEND anyone to rent any apartment from them.. Even if you don’t have any other option - please consider Vision Apartments or something similar which costs more, but in the end you will get a decent customer service. This apartment was fully booked during my stay with a lot of indian people, but they were not complaining because of whatever reason... Unfortunately. Maybe you will never get such an experience as I did - but I would recommend to avoid this company if you care how they treat their customers according to my experience. Thanks for reading this.
