Me gusta el lugar y la habitación aquí. Pero desafortunadamente hay muchos niños. Hubo un problema en la habitación de arriba, los niños jugaban y corrían ruidosamente todo el día y hasta la noche. El sonido de los pisotones de todos los días es terrible. Y esta habitación no está muy insonorizada. Llamé al apartamento. Simplemente dijeron que les avisarían, pero no podían garantizar nada. Porque pueden hacer ruido hasta las 21:00 horas. Y aquí están casi todos los indios. La cultura o la educación pueden ser diferentes. Por supuesto que no tengo ningún problema con los niños ni con ellos, pero en los apartamentos debería haber reglas más estrictas. Disciplina en la convivencia Creo que este es mi error, debería haberlo revisado cuidadosamente primero. Tendré que soportar ciertos olores y sonidos de gritos y pisotones durante otros dos meses. Realizar trabajos de construcción en el edificio (ya desde hace 3,5 meses) sin informar a los posibles inquilinos antes de firmar el acuerdo con ellos. Estimados City Stay Apartments, lean con comprensión. Escribí sólo una frase con un vocabulario no sofisticado. Te daré una pista. La palabra clave aquí es PREVIO. Firmé contrato en mayo y me mudé en junio. La información sobre los trabajos de construcción llega 1-2 semanas antes del inicio de los trabajos de construcción. La palabra PRIOR significa en este caso informar a los inquilinos en mayo. Desde junio habéis cambiado ventanas y puertas en todos los apartamentos y estáis renovando el sótano. Esta semana empezaste demoliendo las escaleras de la entrada principal. Estaría más que feliz de ver exactamente en qué parte de mi contrato ha incluido esta información. Convenientemente ubicado cerca de la parada de autobús de Brandbachstrasse y de la estación de tren de Dietlikon, es limpio y ordenado, lo suficientemente espacioso, tiene todas las instalaciones básicas necesarias y está cerca de una gran cooperativa en el Centro Dietlikon, así como de un Ikea. Está justo al lado del Altbach, que goza de un entorno tranquilo y a sólo unos cientos de metros de un bosque. El personal es muy cordial y dispuesto a ayudar. Recomiendo encarecidamente este lugar para aquellos que quieran alojarse en Brüttisellen y Dietlikon.
I was living with my boyfriend at Ringstrasse apartment, Brüttisellen. We were looking for the apartment in May, to come here in June. It was pretty complicated to get all the information about the apartment - but as we did not have a really big budget we did not have any other option, so we chose to rent from City Stay. First of all what they did - they did not tell ANY SINGLE WORD about the ongoing reconstruction work even though they knew that we will be staying at least 3 months there. They gave us the price as usual, asked for the deposit - and no words about the reconstruction, absolutely pathetic. They started to do complete renovation as of June and they should have finished only around November - it was during ALL our stay and we were not informed about it. If we would have known the apartment is under construction - THERE IS NO CHANCE WE WOULD HAVE RENTED IT. This is why they did not tell anything - because they wanted our money to cover the costs of apartments even during the renovation. The renovation was full - painting walls from the outside (we had to stay with closed windows because of that reconstruction on the hottest days during summer!!), changing doors, windows, repairing front entrance and all the basement. We heard drilling, huge smell and other stuff a lot of days. Zero understanding about good customer service and good business. Second of all, when we were already checked out in the end of October - we had to fight to get our deposit back. I called them to ask what is the situation, when they will do the transfer - the lady Anna Hermann was rude and said our pans were left very dirty so we have to pay for it, because of those pans she even threatened me that we will most likely not get ANY of our 2000 CHF deposit back.. Seriously? In the end they paid us out part of our deposit back (they charged us for the pans and extra cleaning) so I don’t understand why she was threatening me that we will not get any of it.. Also, they charged us for the pans and extra cleaning with fixing price just by email - when I asked them to send me an official invoice stating for what we have been charged - turns out the amount was wrong and they owed us 29 CHF!! They miscalculated and did not even bothered to do anything until I asked an official invoice.. So pathetic once again. Also, during our stay when after hard week I had a day off on Friday and wanted to rest and sleep - drillings came out around 7:30 in the morning as always!! I was so angry and so desperate so I called them almost crying to ask them to pay us a refund of all our staying because this situation is so ridiculous... They agreed to pay us 200 CHF refund of each month we stayed which is almost nothing comparing to the real cost which is above 2200 CHF per month... I have so much disrespect to this company it is even hard to describe.. All in all, I just simply would NOT RECOMMEND anyone to rent any apartment from them.. Even if you don’t have any other option - please consider Vision Apartments or something similar which costs more, but in the end you will get a decent customer service. This apartment was fully booked during my stay with a lot of indian people, but they were not complaining because of whatever reason... Unfortunately. Maybe you will never get such an experience as I did - but I would recommend to avoid this company if you care how they treat their customers according to my experience. Thanks for reading this.
