CITY STAY - Ringstrasse — Ringstrasse 16, 8306 Wangen-Brüttisellen, Switzerland

Mi piace il posto e la stanza qui. Ma sfortunatamente ci sono molti bambini. C'è stato un problema nella stanza al piano di sopra, i bambini giocavano e correvano rumorosamente tutto il giorno e fino alla notte. Il suono dei colpi ogni giorno è terribile. E questa stanza non è molto insonorizzata. Ho chiamato l'appartamento. Hanno solo detto che glielo avrebbero fatto sapere, ma non potevano garantire nulla. Perché possono essere rumorosi fino alle 21:00. E qui ci sono quasi tutti gli indiani. La cultura o l'educazione possono essere diverse. Ovviamente non ho problemi con i bambini o con loro, ma negli appartamenti dovrebbero esserci regole più severe. Disciplina nella convivenza Penso che questo sia un mio errore, avrei dovuto controllarlo attentamente prima. Dovrò sopportare certi odori e certi suoni di urla e di calpestio per altri due mesi. Spero che questo messaggio sia utile.

Eseguire lavori di costruzione nell'edificio (già da 3,5 mesi) senza informarne i potenziali inquilini prima di firmare il contratto con loro. Cari City Stay Apartments, siete pregati di leggere con comprensione. Ho scritto solo una frase con un vocabolario non sofisticato. Ti darò un suggerimento. La parola chiave qui è PRIMA. Ho firmato il contratto a maggio e mi sono trasferito a giugno. Le informazioni sui lavori di costruzione arrivano 1-2 settimane prima dell'inizio dei lavori di costruzione effettivi. La parola PRIOR significa in questo caso informare gli inquilini nel mese di maggio. Da giugno avete scambiato le finestre, le porte in tutti gli appartamenti e avete in corso lavori di ristrutturazione nel seminterrato. Questa settimana avete iniziato demolendo le scale dell'ingresso principale. Sarei più che felice di vedere esattamente dove hai incluso queste informazioni nel mio contratto. Allego alcune foto nella parte degli ospiti. E ne aggiungerò altri man mano che i lavori di costruzione avanzeranno. Abbracci e baci

Convenientemente situato vicino alla fermata dell'autobus Brandbachstrasse e alla stazione ferroviaria di Dietlikon, è pulito e ordinato, abbastanza spazioso, ha tutti i servizi di base necessari ed è vicino a una grande Coop presso il Centro Dietlikon, nonché a un Ikea. Si trova proprio accanto all'Altbach, che offre un ambiente tranquillo e un bosco a poche centinaia di metri di distanza. Il personale è molto cordiale e pronto ad aiutare. Consiglio vivamente questo posto a coloro che desiderano soggiornare a Brüttisellen e Dietlikon.

I was living with my boyfriend at Ringstrasse apartment, Brüttisellen. We were looking for the apartment in May, to come here in June. It was pretty complicated to get all the information about the apartment - but as we did not have a really big budget we did not have any other option, so we chose to rent from City Stay. First of all what they did - they did not tell ANY SINGLE WORD about the ongoing reconstruction work even though they knew that we will be staying at least 3 months there. They gave us the price as usual, asked for the deposit - and no words about the reconstruction, absolutely pathetic. They started to do complete renovation as of June and they should have finished only around November - it was during ALL our stay and we were not informed about it. If we would have known the apartment is under construction - THERE IS NO CHANCE WE WOULD HAVE RENTED IT. This is why they did not tell anything - because they wanted our money to cover the costs of apartments even during the renovation. The renovation was full - painting walls from the outside (we had to stay with closed windows because of that reconstruction on the hottest days during summer!!), changing doors, windows, repairing front entrance and all the basement. We heard drilling, huge smell and other stuff a lot of days. Zero understanding about good customer service and good business. Second of all, when we were already checked out in the end of October - we had to fight to get our deposit back. I called them to ask what is the situation, when they will do the transfer - the lady Anna Hermann was rude and said our pans were left very dirty so we have to pay for it, because of those pans she even threatened me that we will most likely not get ANY of our 2000 CHF deposit back.. Seriously? In the end they paid us out part of our deposit back (they charged us for the pans and extra cleaning) so I don’t understand why she was threatening me that we will not get any of it.. Also, they charged us for the pans and extra cleaning with fixing price just by email - when I asked them to send me an official invoice stating for what we have been charged - turns out the amount was wrong and they owed us 29 CHF!! They miscalculated and did not even bothered to do anything until I asked an official invoice.. So pathetic once again. Also, during our stay when after hard week I had a day off on Friday and wanted to rest and sleep - drillings came out around 7:30 in the morning as always!! I was so angry and so desperate so I called them almost crying to ask them to pay us a refund of all our staying because this situation is so ridiculous... They agreed to pay us 200 CHF refund of each month we stayed which is almost nothing comparing to the real cost which is above 2200 CHF per month... I have so much disrespect to this company it is even hard to describe.. All in all, I just simply would NOT RECOMMEND anyone to rent any apartment from them.. Even if you don’t have any other option - please consider Vision Apartments or something similar which costs more, but in the end you will get a decent customer service. This apartment was fully booked during my stay with a lot of indian people, but they were not complaining because of whatever reason... Unfortunately. Maybe you will never get such an experience as I did - but I would recommend to avoid this company if you care how they treat their customers according to my experience. Thanks for reading this.
