CITY STAY - Ringstrasse — Ringstrasse 16, 8306 Wangen-Brüttisellen, Switzerland

I like the place and the room here. But unfortunately.There are a lot of children.There was a problem in the room upstairs,the kids playing and running loudly all day and until night. The stomping sound every day is terrible. And this room is not very soundproof. I called the apartment. They just said they would let them know, but they couldn't guarantee anything. Because they can be loud until 9:00 p.m. And here are almost all Indians. Culture or upbringing may be different. Of course I have no problem children or them , but apartments There should be stricter rules. Discipline in living together I think this is my mistake, I should have checked it carefully first. I will have to endure certain smells and Scream ,stomping sounds for another two months. I hope this message is helpful.

Running construction works in the building (already since 3.5 months) without informing potential tenants about such prior to signing the agreement with them. Dear City Stay Apartments, please read with understanding. I wrote only one sentence with not sofisticated vocabulary. I will give you a hint. The key word here is PRIOR. I signed contract in May and moved in June. Information about construction works comes 1-2 weeks before actual construction work start. Word PRIOR means in this case to inform tenants in May. Since June you have exchanged windows, exchanged doors in all appartments and you have ongoing renovations in the basement. This week you started with demolishing stairs to the main entrance. I would be more than happy to see where exactly in my contract you have included this information. I am attaching some pictures in guests part. And I will be adding more as the construction work will be progressing. Hugs and kisses

Conveniently located close by to the Brandbachstrasse bus stop and the Dietlikon railway station, it is clean and neat, spacious enough, has all the basic facilities needed and is close by to a large Coop at the Dietlikon Center, as well as an Ikea. It is right by the Altbach which has a peaceful environment and a forest just a few hundred metres away. The staff are very cordial and quick to help. Highly recommend this place for those wanting to stay in Brüttisellen and Dietlikon.

I was living with my boyfriend at Ringstrasse apartment, Brüttisellen. We were looking for the apartment in May, to come here in June. It was pretty complicated to get all the information about the apartment - but as we did not have a really big budget we did not have any other option, so we chose to rent from City Stay. First of all what they did - they did not tell ANY SINGLE WORD about the ongoing reconstruction work even though they knew that we will be staying at least 3 months there. They gave us the price as usual, asked for the deposit - and no words about the reconstruction, absolutely pathetic. They started to do complete renovation as of June and they should have finished only around November - it was during ALL our stay and we were not informed about it. If we would have known the apartment is under construction - THERE IS NO CHANCE WE WOULD HAVE RENTED IT. This is why they did not tell anything - because they wanted our money to cover the costs of apartments even during the renovation. The renovation was full - painting walls from the outside (we had to stay with closed windows because of that reconstruction on the hottest days during summer!!), changing doors, windows, repairing front entrance and all the basement. We heard drilling, huge smell and other stuff a lot of days. Zero understanding about good customer service and good business. Second of all, when we were already checked out in the end of October - we had to fight to get our deposit back. I called them to ask what is the situation, when they will do the transfer - the lady Anna Hermann was rude and said our pans were left very dirty so we have to pay for it, because of those pans she even threatened me that we will most likely not get ANY of our 2000 CHF deposit back.. Seriously? In the end they paid us out part of our deposit back (they charged us for the pans and extra cleaning) so I don’t understand why she was threatening me that we will not get any of it.. Also, they charged us for the pans and extra cleaning with fixing price just by email - when I asked them to send me an official invoice stating for what we have been charged - turns out the amount was wrong and they owed us 29 CHF!! They miscalculated and did not even bothered to do anything until I asked an official invoice.. So pathetic once again. Also, during our stay when after hard week I had a day off on Friday and wanted to rest and sleep - drillings came out around 7:30 in the morning as always!! I was so angry and so desperate so I called them almost crying to ask them to pay us a refund of all our staying because this situation is so ridiculous... They agreed to pay us 200 CHF refund of each month we stayed which is almost nothing comparing to the real cost which is above 2200 CHF per month... I have so much disrespect to this company it is even hard to describe.. All in all, I just simply would NOT RECOMMEND anyone to rent any apartment from them.. Even if you don’t have any other option - please consider Vision Apartments or something similar which costs more, but in the end you will get a decent customer service. This apartment was fully booked during my stay with a lot of indian people, but they were not complaining because of whatever reason... Unfortunately. Maybe you will never get such an experience as I did - but I would recommend to avoid this company if you care how they treat their customers according to my experience. Thanks for reading this.
