Wir hatten einen wirklich wundervollen Aufenthalt von vier Nächten in diesem wunderschönen Hotel. Besonders gut gefiel uns unser charmantes Zimmer im Chalet-Stil, das sowohl gemütlich als auch authentisch war. Die geräumigen Loungebereiche und das Restaurant sorgten für eine warme und entspannte Atmosphäre, perfekt nach einem Tag im Freien. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und bot eine großzügige Auswahl. Auch das Schwimmbad und die Saunalandschaft haben uns sehr gut gefallen – eine wahre Wohltat nach dem Wandern. Ein besonderer Dank geht an das Personal, das mit seiner Aufmerksamkeit und seiner herzlichen Herzlichkeit unseren Aufenthalt noch unvergesslicher gemacht hat. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Christine und Endrit an der Rezeption sowie Ercole und Vincenzo im Restaurant für ihre Freundlichkeit und Professionalität. Wir können dieses Hotel jedem, der Kandersteg besucht, wärmstens empfehlen. Die umliegenden Landschaften sind einfach atemberaubend und bieten herrliche Wanderwege. Tolle Lage. nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Bahnhof entfernt und ganz in der Nähe des Skigebiets. Das Zimmer war geräumig, sehr sauber, schöne Aussicht und gut gepflegt. Direkt unterhalb des Hotels gibt es ein Restaurant und eine Bar und das Essen war köstlich. Auch der Besitzer war sehr nett und gastfreundlich. Sehr empfehlenswert! Ich würde auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten.
The place is really romantic, quiet and friendly staffs from the management, concierge, service in the bar and housekeeper. We love the private sauna and the Swimmingpool so relaxing. I almost gave it a 5 star except for the bathroom and no signage for the sauna. All in all we love it and we will comeback again and hoping there will be some changes. Almost forgot must try the Restaurant Ritter inside the hotel❤️
Overall great hotel as a base to explore the area. Fantastic breakfast spread with spacious dining area and lots of adjacent areas for casual seating to wait for other guests. Note there is an option to pay extra at breakfast to take away extra food as a packed lunch. Lovely fresh bread, wide range of hot drinks and the usual continental offerings including boil your own eggs. During our visit in late September the room was quite cold and radiator slow to heat up the room. It did not bother us enough to mention to staff. Electric radiator in bathroom was quick to heat up as an alternative. Bathroom very well equipped, clean and cosy. Plenty of parking nearby for a reasonable fee.
I stayed for 10 days in an apartment at the Victoria Hotel. It was clean and cosy and well equipped. I had a little patio with garden furniture. The indoor swimmingpool is excellent. Reccomend this accomodation for people who want to be …
