Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour de quatre nuits dans ce bel hôtel. Nous avons particulièrement aimé notre charmante chambre de style chalet, à la fois cosy et authentique. Les salons spacieux et le restaurant créent une atmosphère chaleureuse et relaxante, parfaite après une journée en plein air. Le petit déjeuner était très bon, offrant une sélection généreuse. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la piscine et le sauna, un vrai régal après une randonnée. Un merci tout spécial au personnel, qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus mémorable grâce à son attention et sa chaleur authentique. Nous tenons particulièrement à mentionner Christine et Endrit à la réception, ainsi qu'Ercole et Vincenzo au restaurant, pour leur gentillesse et leur professionnalisme. Nous recommandons de tout cœur cet hôtel à tous ceux qui visitent Kandersteg. Les paysages environnants sont tout simplement époustouflants, avec de magnifiques sentiers pédestres. Nous avons passé cinq jours à l’hôtel Belle Epoque Victoria, ce qui était super. La nourriture était délicieuse, les chambres étaient chaleureuses, très propres et confortables. Kandersteg est une charmante ville avec de nombreuses activités hivernales, les téléphériques sont très proches, les trains…
Très bien situé. à quelques pas de la gare et très proche de la station de ski. La chambre était spacieuse, très propre, avec une belle vue et bien entretenue. Il y a un restaurant et un bar juste en dessous de l'hôtel et la nourriture était délicieuse. Le propriétaire était également très gentil et accueillant. Fortement recommandé! Je reviendrais certainement ici.
The place is really romantic, quiet and friendly staffs from the management, concierge, service in the bar and housekeeper. We love the private sauna and the Swimmingpool so relaxing. I almost gave it a 5 star except for the bathroom and no signage for the sauna. All in all we love it and we will comeback again and hoping there will be some changes. Almost forgot must try the Restaurant Ritter inside the hotel❤️
Overall great hotel as a base to explore the area. Fantastic breakfast spread with spacious dining area and lots of adjacent areas for casual seating to wait for other guests. Note there is an option to pay extra at breakfast to take away extra food as a packed lunch. Lovely fresh bread, wide range of hot drinks and the usual continental offerings including boil your own eggs. During our visit in late September the room was quite cold and radiator slow to heat up the room. It did not bother us enough to mention to staff. Electric radiator in bathroom was quick to heat up as an alternative. Bathroom very well equipped, clean and cosy. Plenty of parking nearby for a reasonable fee.
I stayed for 10 days in an apartment at the Victoria Hotel. It was clean and cosy and well equipped. I had a little patio with garden furniture. The indoor swimmingpool is excellent. Reccomend this accomodation for people who want to be …
