Tuvimos una estancia de cuatro noches realmente maravillosa en este hermoso hotel. Nos encantó especialmente nuestra encantadora habitación estilo chalet, que era a la vez acogedora y auténtica. Las amplias zonas de salón y el restaurante crearon un ambiente cálido y relajante, perfecto después de un día al aire libre. El desayuno era muy bueno y ofrecía una generosa selección. También disfrutamos mucho de la piscina y la sauna, un verdadero placer después de una caminata. Un agradecimiento especial al personal, que hizo que nuestra estancia fuera aún más memorable con su atención y calidez genuina. Nos gustaría mencionar especialmente a Christine y Endrit en la recepción, así como a Ercole y Vincenzo en el restaurante, por su amabilidad y profesionalidad. Recomendamos de todo corazón este hotel a cualquiera que visite Kandersteg. Los paisajes de los alrededores son simplemente impresionantes, con magníficos senderos para caminar. Pasamos cinco días en el Belle Epoque Hotel Victoria, lo cual fue genial. La comida era deliciosa, las habitaciones eran cálidas, muy limpias y cómodas. Kandersteg es una ciudad encantadora con muchas actividades invernales, los teleféricos están muy cerca, los trenes...
Excelente ubicación. A pocos pasos de la estación y muy cerca de la estación de esquí. La habitación era espaciosa, muy limpia, con bonitas vistas y bien cuidada. Hay un restaurante y un bar justo debajo del hotel y la comida estaba deliciosa. El propietario también fue muy amable y acogedor. ¡Muy recomendado! Definitivamente me quedaría aquí de nuevo.
The place is really romantic, quiet and friendly staffs from the management, concierge, service in the bar and housekeeper. We love the private sauna and the Swimmingpool so relaxing. I almost gave it a 5 star except for the bathroom and no signage for the sauna. All in all we love it and we will comeback again and hoping there will be some changes. Almost forgot must try the Restaurant Ritter inside the hotel❤️
Overall great hotel as a base to explore the area. Fantastic breakfast spread with spacious dining area and lots of adjacent areas for casual seating to wait for other guests. Note there is an option to pay extra at breakfast to take away extra food as a packed lunch. Lovely fresh bread, wide range of hot drinks and the usual continental offerings including boil your own eggs. During our visit in late September the room was quite cold and radiator slow to heat up the room. It did not bother us enough to mention to staff. Electric radiator in bathroom was quick to heat up as an alternative. Bathroom very well equipped, clean and cosy. Plenty of parking nearby for a reasonable fee.
