Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno di quattro notti davvero meraviglioso in questo bellissimo hotel. Abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato la nostra affascinante camera in stile chalet, accogliente e autentica. Le spaziose aree lounge e il ristorante creano un'atmosfera calda e rilassante, perfetta dopo una giornata all'aria aperta. La colazione era molto buona, offrendo una generosa scelta. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche la piscina e la sauna: una vera delizia dopo le escursioni. Un ringraziamento speciale allo staff, che con la sua attenzione e il suo genuino calore ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più memorabile. Ci teniamo a menzionare in particolare Christine ed Endrit alla reception, così come Ercole e Vincenzo al ristorante, per la loro gentilezza e professionalità. Consigliamo vivamente questo hotel a chiunque visiti Kandersteg. I paesaggi circostanti sono semplicemente mozzafiato, con magnifici sentieri per passeggiate. Abbiamo trascorso cinque giorni al Belle Epoque Hotel Victoria, il che è stato fantastico. Il cibo era delizioso, le camere erano calde, molto pulite e confortevoli. Kandersteg è una cittadina incantevole con tantissime attività invernali, le funivie sono molto vicine, i treni...
Ottima posizione. a pochi passi dalla stazione e vicinissimo agli impianti sciistici. La camera era spaziosa, molto pulita, bella vista e ben tenuta. C'è un ristorante e un bar proprio sotto l'hotel e il cibo era delizioso. Anche il proprietario è stato molto gentile ed accogliente. Altamente raccomandato! Ci tornerei sicuramente.
The place is really romantic, quiet and friendly staffs from the management, concierge, service in the bar and housekeeper. We love the private sauna and the Swimmingpool so relaxing. I almost gave it a 5 star except for the bathroom and no signage for the sauna. All in all we love it and we will comeback again and hoping there will be some changes. Almost forgot must try the Restaurant Ritter inside the hotel❤️
Overall great hotel as a base to explore the area. Fantastic breakfast spread with spacious dining area and lots of adjacent areas for casual seating to wait for other guests. Note there is an option to pay extra at breakfast to take away extra food as a packed lunch. Lovely fresh bread, wide range of hot drinks and the usual continental offerings including boil your own eggs. During our visit in late September the room was quite cold and radiator slow to heat up the room. It did not bother us enough to mention to staff. Electric radiator in bathroom was quick to heat up as an alternative. Bathroom very well equipped, clean and cosy. Plenty of parking nearby for a reasonable fee.
