Liebes Lübra-Team Ich bin vom Service und der Qualität dieses Schweizer Traditionsunternehmens sehr beeindruckt. Mein Luftbefeuchter Lübra LDH 520 ist über 15 Jahre alt und wurde nach all der Zeit von Herrn Monteiro fachmännisch repariert. Das Gerät funktioniert jetzt wie neu und die Reparaturkosten waren angemessen. Gerade heutzutage ist es alles andere als selbstverständlich, dass ein so altes, hochwertiges Gerät nicht einfach ausgetauscht, sondern mit Fachwissen und Sorgfalt repariert wird. Genau das zeichnet die hohe Kompetenz und die nachhaltige Philosophie dieses Unternehmens aus. Als ich das Gerät selbst abholte, hatte ich auch die Gelegenheit, die freundlichen Mitarbeiter kurz kennenzulernen und die Produktionsanlagen zu besichtigen. Freundliche, kompetente Beratung, transparente Abwicklung und ein Ergebnis, das rundum überzeugt. Für mich ist das ein klares Zeichen für echte Schweizer Qualität, Zuverlässigkeit und Langlebigkeit. Sehr empfehlenswert! Übrigens habe ich auch andere Lübra-Produkte in der Waschküche entdeckt, wie zum Beispiel ein Wäscheleinensystem. Und wie zu erwarten ist, sind sie immer noch perfekt.
The product is very robust and performs well. But what truly makes the whole experience outstanding is the people who work at Lübra. Even beforehand, we received very friendly and competent advice. The installation was then carried out punctually and with great dedication. Our basement layout is somewhat challenging. The two technicians arrived extremely well-prepared and highly motivated to find the optimal solution for us – which they succeeded in doing. They were also very personable. A 100% top-notch experience. If I had another drying room, I would order a second unit immediately!

The product itself doesn't have a fancy plastic casing, but a simple metal housing and is clearly designed to be repairable even in a few years. Absolutely top-notch!
