Chère équipe Lübra Je suis très impressionné par le service et la qualité de cette entreprise suisse traditionnelle. Mon humidificateur Lübra LDH 520 a plus de 15 ans et a été réparé de manière experte par M. Monteiro après tout ce temps. L'appareil fonctionne maintenant comme neuf et les coûts de réparation étaient raisonnables. De nos jours, il est tout sauf évident qu'un appareil aussi ancien et de haute qualité ne soit pas simplement remplacé, mais réparé avec compétence et soin. C'est précisément ce qui distingue le haut niveau de compétence et la philosophie durable de cette entreprise. Lorsque j'ai récupéré l'appareil moi-même, j'ai également eu l'occasion de rencontrer brièvement le personnel amical et de visiter les installations de production. Des conseils amicaux et compétents, un traitement transparent et un résultat tout à fait convaincant. Pour moi, c’est un signe clair de qualité, de fiabilité et de longévité authentiquement suisses. Fortement recommandé! D'ailleurs, j'ai également découvert d'autres produits Lübra dans la buanderie, comme par exemple un système de corde à linge. Et comme on peut s’y attendre, ils sont toujours parfaits.

The product is very robust and performs well. But what truly makes the whole experience outstanding is the people who work at Lübra. Even beforehand, we received very friendly and competent advice. The installation was then carried out punctually and with great dedication. Our basement layout is somewhat challenging. The two technicians arrived extremely well-prepared and highly motivated to find the optimal solution for us – which they succeeded in doing. They were also very personable. A 100% top-notch experience. If I had another drying room, I would order a second unit immediately!
