Caro team Lübra Sono rimasto molto colpito dal servizio e dalla qualità di questa tradizionale azienda svizzera. Il mio umidificatore Lübra LDH 520 ha più di 15 anni e dopo tutto questo tempo è stato riparato abilmente dal signor Monteiro. L'unità ora funziona come nuova e i costi di riparazione sono ragionevoli. Soprattutto oggigiorno non è affatto scontato che un elettrodomestico così vecchio e di alta qualità non venga semplicemente sostituito, ma riparato con competenza e cura. Questo è proprio ciò che distingue l'alto livello di competenza e la filosofia sostenibile di questa azienda. Quando ho ritirato personalmente l'unità, ho avuto anche l'opportunità di incontrare brevemente il personale cordiale e di visitare gli impianti di produzione. Consulenza cordiale e competente, lavorazione trasparente e un risultato assolutamente convincente. Per me, questo è un chiaro segno di autentica qualità, affidabilità e longevità svizzera. Altamente raccomandato! A proposito, nella lavanderia ho scoperto anche altri prodotti Lübra, come ad esempio un sistema di stendibiancheria. E, come puoi aspettarti, sono ancora perfetti.
The product is very robust and performs well. But what truly makes the whole experience outstanding is the people who work at Lübra. Even beforehand, we received very friendly and competent advice. The installation was then carried out punctually and with great dedication. Our basement layout is somewhat challenging. The two technicians arrived extremely well-prepared and highly motivated to find the optimal solution for us – which they succeeded in doing. They were also very personable. A 100% top-notch experience. If I had another drying room, I would order a second unit immediately!

The product itself doesn't have a fancy plastic casing, but a simple metal housing and is clearly designed to be repairable even in a few years. Absolutely top-notch!
