Dear Lübra Team I am very impressed with the service and quality of this traditional Swiss company. My Lübra LDH 520 humidifier is over 15 years old and was expertly repaired by Mr. Monteiro after all this time. The unit is now working like new, and the repair costs were reasonable. Especially these days, it's anything but a given that such an old, high-quality appliance isn't simply replaced, but repaired with expertise and care. This is precisely what distinguishes the high level of competence and the sustainable philosophy of this company. When I picked up the unit myself, I also had the opportunity to briefly meet the friendly staff and tour the production facilities. Friendly, competent advice, transparent processing, and a result that is completely convincing. For me, this is a clear sign of genuine Swiss quality, reliability, and longevity. Highly recommended! By the way, I've also discovered other Lübra products in the laundry room, such as a clothesline system. And, as you might expect, they're still perfect.
The product is very robust and performs well. But what truly makes the whole experience outstanding is the people who work at Lübra. Even beforehand, we received very friendly and competent advice. The installation was then carried out punctually and with great dedication. Our basement layout is somewhat challenging. The two technicians arrived extremely well-prepared and highly motivated to find the optimal solution for us – which they succeeded in doing. They were also very personable. A 100% top-notch experience. If I had another drying room, I would order a second unit immediately!
