I’m currently staying at this hotel and really enjoying my time here. The view of the lake is absolutely stunning and creates such a peaceful atmosphere. The restaurant is lovely — the steak was delicious and definitely worth the price. The room is clean, comfortable, and nicely designed. It’s a bit small, but still very cozy and pleasant. The staff are amazing — very polite, friendly, and always helpful. Their warm hospitality makes the stay even more enjoyable. So far, it’s been a wonderful experience!
My husband, baby and I stayed in this hotel for 5 days and 4 nights. We booked a room that has a lake view and it was one of the best places I stayed at as the view of Lake Brienz was really great! The room is also clean and seems to be newly renovated. The food at the restaurant was also very good and delicious. The people in the hotel are very accommodating and friendly especially the woman at the reception. The location of the hotel is also accessible as it is near a bus stop and car parking slots are many and free. It is also near a grocery store so we can buy any essentials easily. The hotel is also a short walk away from the famous Crash Landing on You move spot. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone planning to stay at Iseltwald.
Everything excellent.i will just say a few minor inconveniences. No grip handle in shower or rail to pool,essential for older guests. Hotel of this standard should have omelette station at breakfast,the sausages are for germans not …
We had an amazing stay at Hotel Chalet du Lac. Beautiful hotel and wonderful views to the lake from the room with balcony. Super clean, comfortable rooms, great restaurant and very nice staff. Big parking. We will come back!
The hotel staff are super friendly and accommodating. The food is also incredible and the rooms are clean. Only downside I can think of, was that the beds were very hard. Will happily come again and recommend this hotel.
Restaurant staff is very rude. The guy did not even said a word when we went inside to ask something he just screamed 3 times for us to go outside and pointing with the finger. Just crazy. Also, they used a cup of coffee to serve the soup and dare to charge 9chf for that 😂 (que live in switzerland so we know the prices already but the amount of soup was not appropriate for that price)
