I had my Migros lawnmower, which I only use occasionally to trim the edges that the robot mower doesn't reach, serviced annually. The invoice (CHF 198.60) stated verbatim, "Carburetor cleaned and adjusted, housing cleaned, air filter cleaned." When the mower would only start when cold, I removed the cover and discovered that the carburetor had never been disassembled and the air filter hadn't been cleaned. Even the subsequent repairs following my complaint were ineffective; the mower still only started when cold. Since taking it to a different specialist, it's been running perfectly again. My conclusion: Incompetence, arrogance (Mr. Burger Jr., Mr. Lehmann) in complaint management, and a rip-off --> NEVER AGAIN BURGER REUTIGEN AG!
During the phone call, my contact immediately understood what I wanted! Within a very short time, the company organized the parts from a second branch! One hour later, I was able to pick them up for delivery to the ship! Excellent service!!!
I brought my lawnmower in and was completely ripped off! They told me the carburetor was broken, but all it needed was a cleaning!
